Only one bit of movie news this week and it's not fun:
-Sadly, Beastly the movie has been pushed back to 2011! I am very excited for this movie and was really looking forward to seeing it this summer, but we'll have to wait until March 18, 2011 before it hits theaters. Hopefully there's lots of promotion for between now and then so lots of people read the book and see the movie.
Anyone else hear anything to share?

Joe Wright (director of Pride and Prejudice 2005 and Atonement) is working toward a live action version of The Little Mermaid.
Oh no~! It feels like we've been waiting forever for Beastly. I heard Vampire Academy was optioned for movie rights!

Aww 2011? I was so excited to see it this summer...

I was wondering what was going on with that one! Too bad - the trailer had me really excited.
