The Princess Diaries Series by Meg Cabot

In honor of today being the release of Princess Diaries X: Forever Princess, I decided to review The Princess Diaries Series by Meg Cabot. About the Books: Ok, so I'm sure most readers or movie viewers have heard of The Princess Diaries series by Meg Cabot. The first one was made into a movie starring Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway. The books tell the story of Mia Thermopolis who finds out that she is the heir to Genovia, and therefore a Princess. Not only does she have to take princess lessons from Grandmere, who is not a fun or entertaining teacher, but she still has to finish high school! Plus, there's this crush she has on Michael, her best friend's brother. Each book is told in diary format and tells about Mia's life in high school.
