Mr. GreenBeanSexy and I have some news to share: Baby GreenBean is on the way! Or as I said on Facebook, we'll be getting a letter from Hogwarts in 11 years!!! I'm feeling excited and a bit nervous, but I have some very awesome librarian moms ( Lali  ,  Jennie ,  Mel   and Sophie-and many others!) who have gone before me and they are my inspiration for how to be a great mommy librarian. As for the blog, don't worry-it's not going anywhere! If anything, it means I'll have a test subject for books and might review even more picture books. :) Baby GreenBean is arriving in January, so I've still got a long way to go. In the meantime, my picture book collection is going to get huge!!

When I'm not blogging, I'm taking care of my cute little dogs! On Saturday Mr. GreenBeanSexy Man and I went to pick up the newest addition to our family-a male Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier! We named him Zedd (after Zedd in the Sword of Truth Series ) and his full name is Zeddicus Albus Zul' Thompson (yes we're dorks!) His big sister dog Wrigley isn't sure wh at to think of him yet, but she's getting used to him. And Zedd has explored my office library and already walked over a stack of books-I hope he doesn't try eating them like Wrigley did! Welcome to the family Zedd!
