Hello and welcome to District Four. I'm sorry that Finnick isn't here to be your host. I know as a member of District Four I should be cheering for my own tribute, but after watching the last two Hunger Games play out I have fallen in love with Peeta Mellark! Why do I love Peeta? He's smart, he's funny, and he's charming. He stands up for what he believes, he's loyal and he's not afraid to do what's right. He's sensitive and caring but can also be strong and kick butt. He fights for Katniss and with Katniss. Peeta is a great diplomat and he knows how to bring people together. He can also be sneaky to get what he wants. Plus, did I mention he can bake? And he's hot!! But it's not just me! We have an underground club of sorts here in District Four-Seafaring Librarians for Peeta! ReplyDeleteHosting a launch party for the book at my library today. Our copies came in last night, so everyone is leaving with a (library) copy. Then, I will do nothing until this book is read.
Sam-That's crazy! I went to Walmart at asked for it at midnight and they got it for me. Why wouldn't they get it for you?? That's so mean!!
ReplyDeleteThis video made me cry, but i love it! I got my copy at two minutes after midnight and now 'm done reading! Now that I have it and read it, I don't know what to do with my life :S

ReplyDeleteokay so i read the hunger games in one of my book clubs in FEll in love with it. then it took me like 12 months to read catching fire which i just got done reading and its was heartbreaking for me, now im in like a hunger games zone where thats all i can think about, mockingjay is sure to be a showstopper and if any of my favorite character die in the last book like j.k rowling did in her last two books i might jus die of heartbreak!!!!
