Book Trailers I Love

I've come across two very good book trailers recently that I just had to share! The books couldn't be more different.

The first is for an upcoming picture book called Nighttime Ninja by Barbara DeCosta and Ed Young. I'd love it just from the title alone, but then I saw the book trailer and I'm even more excited to read the book now!

Then there's the book trailer for Libba Bray's upcoming YA novel, The Diviners. And yes, both of these books are from Little Brown. Hats off to their marketing team for such awesome book trailers!!!

  3. Those were amazing! Done well, like these two, book trailers are such a great tool to bring a book to the top of the TBR pile. Or just put it there in the first place.

  4. Holy gosh! The Diviners trailer was super creepy yet oh so good!

I grabbed a copy while at BEA and I keep passing over it to read because it's SO BIG.

After that trailer I'll have to convince myself to pick it up next time!

I knew Eleanor and Park sounded like my perfect book, but I was in such an after committee slump that I even though I knew this book would help, I just didn't want to be disappointed. Post Downton Abbey Reading List

Downton Abbey is over (with a shocking and frustrating ending!) and now I'm suffering Downton Abbey withdrawal. I've got a reading list full of books that I hope will satisfy my post-Downton Abbey cravings and I thought I'd share what's in my pile and get suggestions for other after Downton reads. Here's what I hope to be reading this year (a mix of YA and adult titles):                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  A couple Julian Fellowes reads:                And a few re-reads:                    Edited to add: What's on your Post-Downton Abbey reading list?
