New Layout and Contest Reminder

What do you think of the new layout? I wanted something that looked a little cleaner and fun, so I hope you like it!:)

Since I can't seem to keep up with my audiobooks, so Audiobook Friday is going to be a monthly feature I think.

Also, don't forget that if you want to win a copy of Evermore, leave a comment on my Most Anticipated YA of 2009 post for a chance to win-winner will be announced Valentine's Day!

And of course, the I LOVE BOOKS Contest is going until Feb. 28th, so keep those comments coming!:)

  5. I like the look. If the background is too busy or too dark, it's difficult to read which means I spend less time at the blog.

This uncluttered, soothing color. Creates a peaceful mood.

  6. Brooke-I found a way to make a 3 column template with HTML, and then found a background at "The Cutest Blog on the Block" There's a link for them at the top of my blog.

Erika-Thanks I'm glad you like it!:)

Bookworm-I like the green-I'm glad everyone thinks it's pretty and calming.

Susan-I don't like busy backgrounds either-it makes it hard to read. Glad you like it!:)

  7. I commute so I do audiobooks a lot. Some of them are great, some not so much! The last ones I did were Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell and The Heretic's Daughter and they were both amazing!

  8. I like your new layout because it has three columns and doesn't have that "generic layout" look. But it would be nicer with more color or a banner.

13 District Mockingjay Tour: District 4

Hello and welcome to District Four. I'm sorry that Finnick isn't here to be your host. I know as a member of District Four I should be cheering for my own tribute, but after watching the last two Hunger Games play out I have fallen in love with Peeta Mellark! Why do I love Peeta? He's smart, he's funny, and he's charming. He stands up for what he believes, he's loyal and he's not afraid to do what's right. He's sensitive and caring but can also be strong and kick butt. He fights for Katniss and with Katniss. Peeta is a great diplomat and he knows how to bring people together. He can also be sneaky to get what he wants. Plus, did I mention he can bake? And he's hot!! But it's not just me! We have an underground club of sorts here in District Four-Seafaring Librarians for Peeta! Here's what some of our members had to say about their love for Peeta: - Team Peeta!! I love their relationship because they balance each other perfectly. Where ...
